My name is Emilie Farage and I'm a Rosary Maker. I started making rosary's in 1984, when a man at my church asked if anyone would be willing to make rosary's for a mission that sends them around the world.
I told him that I was interested, but that I would need someone to teach me how to make them.
26 years later now, I've lost count on how many thousands of Rosary's that I've made. I make rosary's for the mission and I also make rosary's for people that I know. For my friends, I use special beads that i purchase myself. I put Mary's Love into each Rosary and then say a special blessing when I am finished, to seal them with God's faith and Love.
During the many years that I've been making Rosary's, I've also taught a lot of others to make them too. I love it when the young children from my church call me up and ask if I'd be willing to teach them to make a Rosary for their first communion or for our annual May Crowning of Mary.
Feel free to call me if you're interested in having a custom rosary, made just for you.
Love Emilie, the Rosary Maker.
WE ARE IN THE NEED OF MORE VOLUNTEER ROSARY MAKERS.
The rosary makers have been making rosaries for poor missions around the world for over 50 years. We sent over 14,000 to mission around the world last year; at our peak we sent 25,000 per year. Please visit our web site to learn more.
